Mojo Aesthetics is a trading name of Fitness Fusions Wellbeing Services Limited. Throughout this document, Fitness Fusions Wellbeing Services Limited is referred to as “the company.” The website www.mojoaesthetics.co.uk is referred to as “the site.” All aesthetic treatments and related services offered by the company are referred to as “the company’s services.”
By accessing the site, using the integrated booking system (MindBody), or purchasing any of the company’s services (including via Stripe or MindBody), you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (the “Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the site or services. These Terms must be read alongside any additional policies, disclaimers, or service-specific conditions on the site. In the event of any conflict, specific terms outlined on the service pages take precedence.

Medical & Consultation Requirements
All treatments may require a pre-treatment consultation, and clients must complete a Medical History and Consent Form prior to receiving services. This is essential to assess suitability and ensure your safety.
You confirm that the information provided is accurate and up to date. The company reserves the right to decline or defer treatment if:
Medical contraindications are identified.
The required forms are not completed in full.
You are under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
The practitioner believes the treatment is inappropriate for any reason.

Age Restrictions
All aesthetic treatments are strictly for clients aged 18 and over. Proof of age may be requested. No treatments will be carried out on minors under any circumstances, regardless of parental consent.
Appointments, Cancellations & Refunds
All appointments must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.
Cancellations made with more than 24 hours’ notice may be rescheduled or refunded.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment and no-shows will be charged in full.
Deposits are non-refundable unless the appointment is cancelled with sufficient notice (24 hours or more).
Prepaid courses or treatment packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Refunds are not issued for dissatisfaction with results, as outcomes vary by individual.
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may be shortened or cancelled at the discretion of the practitioner and will still be chargeable.
Payments
Payments for services may be made online or in person via secure platforms including:
Stripe (used for online transactions and card processing on our site)
MindBody (used for booking and integrated payments)
By providing payment details, you authorise the company to charge the selected method for the services booked. All payment transactions are encrypted and processed securely through these third-party providers. The company is not responsible for:
Transaction fees or currency conversion charges by your bank or card provider.
Delays or errors caused by external payment platforms.
